The private hot spring bath in the room provided great relaxation. Staff communication in English needs improvement for a hotel of this price.

The staff's communication skills in English were lacking for a high-priced hotel.

I stayed at Fu Fu Hotel in Kyoto for two nights. The hot spring bath in my room really stood out for relaxation. It felt private and was spacious, but it needed some maintenance. The ambiance combined traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. Snacks and beverages were plentiful and added a nice touch. The staff's communication skills in English fell short for a hotel with high prices. It made asking for help a bit challenging. The room was modern, yet I found the overall cleanliness lacking. The reception's response to my concerns about hygiene was unsatisfactory, which left me feeling ignored. Although the hotel has potential, improvements in service and cleanliness are necessary.

The private onsen was a good surprise, and I felt
Totally relaxed . The garden ambiance and friendly staff were highlights, but the location, while serene, was a bit far from major attractions. It was a peaceful escape.

The location was good, relatively close to St Paul's Church. the room was modern and absolutely fantastic with amenities like sports wear or hair curlers. Every member of staff was welcoming. I kept the positive sentences as they are since they are already clear and well-written. I didn't change anything as they are concise and to the point.
